The acoustics lab was set up in 2014 a in the “Technopolis” building of Wroclaw University of Technology. The black solid future-shaped building was designed by Wojciech Jarząbka, Wrocław architect. Under his leadership, Solpol department stores and residential buildings on the Wyspiański Coast and “Osada” at the intersection of Zieliński and Swobodna streets were built.
In this modern chamber there is complete silence, no sound from the outside. The room is equipped mainly for research and measurement and is primarily used by students in acoustics, as well as in engineering and sound engineering fields.
